  • Create a new drinks brand; alcoholic or non-alcoholic, that has an added benefit other than just refreshment.

    My response is Not Just Brewery, who provide alcoholic drinks focussing on Ale, Beer and Cider. The added benefit is the addition of Vitamin-D. Consuming alcohol reduces testosterone levels in men (and women), causing anything from psychological issues such as: depression, low mood, struggle with memory and concentration. It can also affect you physically by increasing the breast tissue, fragile bones and increased body fat percentage. Vitamin-D is scientifically proven to help boost testosterone, so adding this to Ale, Beer and Cider will allow the consumers hormonal levels to balance and stay consistent; putting a stop to the side effects. 

  • Shortlisted for the BrandOpus and Chrysalis Award, top 10 of 120 entrants.

 

The brand colours have been taken and inspired by the summer for 2 key reasons. 1. The topic of testosterone has negative connotations, but this is something as humans we rely on to function healthily – we need to break that negative stigma, and by using approachable colours, it’s a start. 2. The summer is when the sun is at its best, usually*, and as we absorb Vitamin-D naturally from the sun, it’s a clear connection between the brand and the benefit that it brings.

There’s no rawer experience of balance than a seesaw, so why not build a giant one in every major city when we launch. It’s another way to promote the benefits of Not Just and a way to work at breaking down the stigma.
